With the advent of the internet, most goods and services can now be sourced through digital platforms. However, such procurement carries inherent risks: client information and identity become visible — and therefore vulnerable — to the world at large. For prominent clients, even their name can become a commercial asset, and consequently a target for misuse.
To address these risks, PSI offers a private and secure procurement service available only to a very limited number of high-net-worth individuals and privately owned corporations. These clients may wish, for strategic personal or corporate reasons, to acquire high-value goods, services, or intellectual property discreetly and without publicity.
Our clients characteristically maintain a low profile. Publicity is anathema to them; they are the antithesis of celebrity culture.
To guarantee absolute privacy, PSI has developed a proprietary Multi-AirGap system. This combines physical and conceptual safeguards that entirely eliminate electronic intrusion. No internet or intranet access is permitted to any information concerning our clients, their requirements, or their transactions. Not even a name, email address, or telephone number is stored in any medium accessible through electronic or physical connection.
No transmission between PSI and a client’s advisors ever contains information that could reveal or associate a client’s identity with a transaction. This system is only feasible because we restrict our services to a very small number of clients at any one time.

From the outset of the internet era, many organisations placed their reliance on computerised systems to define both problems and solutions. PSI has taken a different path: our service is run by people, not algorithms. This approach may appear traditional, but its great advantage is simple — it works.
To establish bona fides on both sides, initial approaches are strongly preferred via a named senior representative of an established international law firm, accountancy practice, or private bank. This route offers the highest level of protection for all parties involved.
If, however, an advisor cannot be engaged at the outset, or if a client chooses to make first contact directly, we are willing to discuss appropriate alternatives. In such cases, identity need not be disclosed initially, and anonymity may be maintained through a code name or reference number until the involvement of a professional advisor becomes essential.
This approach allows you to determine whether our services may be of benefit, and equally allows us to assess whether we can provide measurable value. Where we believe your requirements can be met through conventional channels, we will advise accordingly.
If you already know, to precise specification, what is required, an entire transaction can be conducted without our ever needing to know your identity or location. In such cases, the process rests entirely on your trust in, and the judgment of, your legal or financial representatives.
Although disclosure of our client list would be of considerable publicity value, it would undermine the very principle of our service. PSI never discloses a client’s identity — not to other clients, not to prospective clients, and not to any third party. While we cannot prevent clients from mentioning their use of our services to trusted associates, the security implications of doing so remain their responsibility.
